If this is your first time using Veracity
You will need to activate your user account before accessing any services.
An activation link will be sent to the email address you used during checkout.
If you do not receive the activation email, please refer to our article on troubleshooting missing confirmation emails.
Service delivery
Different services on Veracity have different access and delivery methods.
You will receive all relevant details:
On the confirmation page immediately after completing your purchase.
In the order confirmation email sent shortly after the transaction.
Please follow the instructions provided for the specific service you bought.

Not an end user?
When a customer places an order in the Veracity Marketplace, access to the service is granted to the buying user.
Multi user-license subscriptions
The buyer is usually given administrator rights automatically. However, some services require additional checks and setup before access is granted.
As an admin, you can manage users and grant access within your company domain. This is done either in Veracity Access Hub or in the service’s own access system.
Important: Only users from the same company can be added to the subscription.
Single user-license subscriptions
The buyer is granted access to the service.
Single license access is personal and cannot be shared with other users.
If a transfer is required to another user within the same company, the buyer may contact [email protected] for assistance.
Important: Some licenses cannot be transferred or may be device locked, so it is essential that the correct end user places the order.
