Can I order a service using a personal (social domain) email address?
Veracity generally requires customers to use a business email domain when registering and placing orders at Veracity Marketplace which is a B2B platform. Using a company email helps ensure:
Higher security and verification integrity
Faster order processing
A more professional customer experience
Are personal (social domain) emails allowed?
In most cases, personal email domains (such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are not recommended and may be restricted for certain services. Please check the full Terms & Conditions for the specific service you’re interested in.
However, we understand that some smaller businesses may not have a dedicated company domain. In these situations, we may still be able to provide access.
Shared or generic email addresses
For security and accountability reasons, shared or generic email accounts (such as info@, support@, sales@, or similar group mailboxes) are not allowed for most services.
We require an individual, identifiable business email address to make sure we can verify users properly and maintain secure access to our platform.
If you do not have a business email domain
If your company does not have a business domain and you need support to complete your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Our team will review your case and help find a workable solution tailored to your situation.
We are committed to making our services accessible while maintaining the highest standards of security and professionalism.
