If you've purchased a service/got access to a free service from the Marketplace, it will show up here. If someone has shared access to a digital service with you, it will show up here. You can navigate between these digital services without additional login. All services available on the service overview is available with single sign on for the users. No need for numerous user accounts and passwords.
