I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

If you're unable to log-in because you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

Important – Check your login method first:

  • If you log in with your company account (e.g., Microsoft, Google, or corporate SSO)
    Your password is managed by your company, not by this platform.
    Please contact your IT support team, system administrator, or identity provider administrator to reset your password.

  • If you log in with a Veracity password (not a company account)
    Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the Veracity Sign-in page. Click on the “I forgot my password” link.
    Or click directly here to activate this screen.

  2. You will be taken to a screen where you need to:

    a. Enter your email address

    b. Click on Continue

  3. Check your email inbox.

  4. Open the email from Veracity identity and click the Change password here link.

  5. You will be directed to a Reset password page, where you can set up a new password and confirm it.

  6. Now you’re ready to sign-in with the new password!

Didn’t receive the Veracity identity email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Check with your IT department to make sure emails coming from [email protected] aren't being blocked

  • Make sure you entered your current and correct work email address

  • Wait a few minutes and try again if needed
