If you are not allowed to click "New storage" your access needs to be elevated to "Data Manager". You can do that by purchasing a subscription for your company or unit.

If your company or unit already has a Data Fabric subscription you can have your access elevated by contacting your Data Fabric company admin. If you do not know who this person is, please contact Veracity support.
