Problem: My uploaded csv files are not processed

Cause: Columns names or dates in csv files may be incorrect

Solution: Correct column names / dates according to the Excel file Get in Front_data (see Figure 1). It is also advisable to read the error messages in your Ship Manager Veracity container (in the log folder).
