To subscribe to notifications or alerts, you need to have Veracity account and signed in.

After signing in, select the service you wish to receive alerts from when the health status changes by clicking on the bell beside the selected service. You can choose to subscribe to one or multiple services.

Once you clicked the bell, you will be asked how you wish receive status change notifications, either via email, SMS or both. Select your preference then click Save.

Note that when you subscribed to be notified when the service has Disruption, you will not receive a notification when the service becomes operational again unless you also have selected the Operational column.
