If you have previously visited the Veracity Status Page, and if it is now displaying an error page like the one below, you will have to clear your browser cache. This article will explain how.

How to solve the problem if you are using Chrome and Microsoft Edge

1. Open Google Chrome and go to status.veracty.com.

2. Press F12 on your keyboard to open the developer tools. Alternatively, you can right-click on the page and select "Inspect" from the context menu.

3. In the developer tools window, go to the "Application" tab.

4. Under the "Storage" section on the left side of the window, click on the "Clear storage" option.

5. Click the "Clear site data" button to clear the site data.

6. Refresh the page.

How to solve the problem if you are using Safari

1. Open Safari and go to status.veracity.com.

2. Press Command + Option + I on your keyboard to open the developer tools. Alternatively, you can click on the "Develop" menu in the menu bar and select "Show Web Inspector" from the drop-down menu.

3. In the developer tools window, go to the "Resources" tab.

4. Under the "Service Workers" section on the left side of the window, click on the service worker that you want to clear.

5. Click the "Unregister" button to unregister the service worker. Repeat this step for each service worker that you want to clear.

How to solve the problem if you are using Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to status.veracity.com.

2. Press F12 on your keyboard to open the developer tools. Alternatively, you can right-click on the page and select "Inspect" from the context menu.

3. In the developer tools window, go to the "Application" tab.

4. Under the "Service Workers" section on the left side of the window, click on the "Unregister All" button to unregister all service workers.

5. Refresh the page.
