Veracity recommends a password that contains three well-chosen random words including an upper and lower case letter and a number. Also note that the password cannot contain your name or parts of your email address. This should give you a password that is secure and difficult to guess, but at the same time easy to remember.
Examples of passwords that meet complexity requirements, are easy to remember and are long are:

! Pencil 1Paper Shoe
People :-) travel tomorrow 99
Please do not use any of the above as your password.
