How do I update PO/reference number before renewal?

If you have purchased a subscription by invoice with a PO / reference number, you will receive an email from Veracity, 30 or 60 days before the renewal date, asking you to check the details of your contract.

Sign in to https://www.veracity.com, click on your initials at the top right of the page, and access the “Subscription and payments” section, select "My Subscription" and click on “See Details" of the relevant subscription. Here you will be able to see an “Edit” PO number button.

PO number is the Purchase Order number, or reference number that we got from you in your previous order. You can edit and update this number so that it will be saved on the next invoice.

If the invoice is already issued, you might not be able to modify this digitally, and the edit button will be disabled. In that case, please contact us at [email protected].
