If your card is missing or expired, you should receive an email from Veracity asking you to update your card information before the next renewal date.
Sign in to https://www.veracity.com, click on your initials at the top right of the page, and access the “Subscription and payments” section, select "My Subscription" and click on “See Details" of the relevant subscription. Here you can see contract details and the status of the card.
If your card is expired or missing, as shown in the picture, you might need to update your card information, by replacing it, or adding a new card. Please refer to How do I update my card? | Help Center | Veracity by DNV.
