Why is my Payment "overdue", even if with a correct card?

In some special cases it happens that the system has not been able to register the payment, as shown in the picture. This can happen, even if you have registered a card correctly. These types of errors do not depend on Veracity, but more on the connection to the bank, that for example can stop a payment for security reasons, fraud or validation issues.

Please contact your bank and check with them first if you have sufficient funds, or if they can help on the issue, before contacting us at [email protected].
