View Active Subscriptions
To see all your active recurring subscriptions:
Click your initials in the top right corner of the Veracity homepage.
Select Subscriptions and payments from the dropdown menu.
Here, you’ll find an overview of all your current subscriptions, payment history, and renewal dates.
Update Subscription Plan
To make changes to a subscription:
On the Subscriptions and payments page, My subscriptions
Select the subscription you want to change under My subscriptions
Click See details to open the subscription management page
Click the Update plan button to access the management form
Change Quantity
If you wish to increase or decrease the number of users or units, you can choose Change quantity. Please note that some subscriptions are sold with fixed quantities (e.g., 5, 10, etc.); If your subscription has fixed quantities, our team will contact you to confirm this, and to align on the change. Then you can click “Submit request”.
Switch Subscription Plan
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan or tier, you can choose Change plan. You can specify your preferred plan in the comments box or explore available plans on the marketplace page if you’re unsure. Then you can click “Submit request”.
Cancel Your Subscription
If you wish to end your subscription, you can choose Cancel subscription. Please, select a reason for cancellation and specify the effective date. You may also write any additional comments here. Then you can click “Submit request”.
Other Support Requests
If you have questions not covered here, or need help with a specific issue, you can choose the Other tab in the Update plan form and describe your needs in the comment box. Then you can click on “Submit request”.
For most actions described above, you can choose when you want the change to take effect:
Immediately
Next billing cycle
Specific date
