Change a member’s role

To change a member’s role in your workspace:

  1. Go to the workspace page.

  2. Find the member whose role you want to modify.

  3. In the row with the member, under Workspace access level, click the dropdown menu.

  4. Select the new role you want to assign.

Keep in mind:

  • You can promote a tenant reader to a workspace admin.

  • If someone has a tenant admin role, they automatically have admin access to all workspaces in the tenant. You cannot change or remove this access.

  • You cannot delete tenant admins from a workspace.

Delete a member

To delete a member from your workspace:

  1. Go to the workspace page.

  2. Find the member you want to delete.

  3. In the row with that member, select the three dots menu and choose Delete.

To delete multiple members:

  1. Next to each member you want to delete, tick the checkbox.

  2. After selecting all members, go to the top right corner and click the garbage can icon.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Editing member data

You cannot edit a member’s name or email address in Data Workbench. Names and avatars are taken from Veracity accounts, and the email address is the one used when the member was invited.
