Once you turn on the user group feature in Settings > User groups > Current settings > click the toggle to 'On', now let's see how to use user groups.
How to manage user group's membership
Click on 'User groups' page on the Veracity Access Hub homepage, select a user group and go to the Members tab where you can:
Delete the user group (1).
Change the members view to Direct users and user groups or Expanded users. For details, you can go to What are Direct users and user groups vs expanded users (2)
See all the user groups and members that belong to the user group (3).
Add a user or user group to the user group (4).
Remove a member (user group or user) from the user group (5).
How to manage applications available for user groups
Click on 'User groups' page on the Veracity Access Hub homepage, select a user group and go to the Applications tab where you can:
Delete the user group (1).
Give the user group access to an application (2).
See all the applications the user group has access to (3). If you select an application, you navigate to its details. For details, you can go to Applications.
Revoke access to an application from the user group (4).
Note that you can subscribe the user group only to the applications your company account has access to. If you need to add a new application subscription to your company account, please go to Marketplace.
