Pending request page is available only if joining your account is set to require admin approval, which you can set in Settings -> Discoverability -> Apply for.

Go to Veracity Access Hub homepage and select the company account you want to sign in to. In the Pending requests page, you can Approve or Reject the requests to join the company account.
