Veracity offers two methods you can use to enable two-factor authentication on your account: TOTP or SMS/Call. Please follow the below corresponding steps according to the 2FA method you have applied to the account.

Reset of TOTP

  1. When you sign in and are prompted for the TOTP code, click on “I need to reset TOTP”:

  2. Specify your email address, check the box for “I’m not a robot”, click on the relevant images and click “Continue”:

  3. You should receive an email with a link you need to click on.

  4. Click on “Confirm”:

  5. Wait for the confirmation that your TOTP settings have been reset:

  6. SMS/Call will now be your two-factor authentication method. You can enroll for TOTP again and set this as your preferred method on your Veracity profile Security page – see How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on my profile.

Reset of SMS/Call:

To reset your phone number used for two-factor authentication, please get in touch with our support team by filling in a request form as accurately as possible at Support | Veracity by DNV
