Within Data Workbench, you can enhance collaboration with your partners by sharing data sets.
Connectors let you share data with Veracity's trusted partners using our pre-built connectors. You can use them after joining Veracity Solution Partner program. Contact the onboarding team to join the program and have us configure your connection for sharing data sets.
However, if you already participate in Veracity Solution Partner program, contact the Data Workbench team and and request the connectors you need.
Here you can see the list of our trusted partners with whom you can share your data and use their data.
To share data sets with your partners, please follow the instructions provided below:
Go to the Connectors page and select a tile representing a partner you want to share data with.
Alternatively, on the Home page, under Securely share your data with our partners, select the partner tile.
You can also search for a specific partner using the search field on the Connectors page to quickly locate their connector.
Optionally, after selecting a partner, select Read about connectors in the top right corner to learn more about the connector that enables data sharing with that partner.
You will see the data sets available for sharing. To exclude a data set, click the X icon in the corresponding row.
You can apply filters to share only specific parts of a data set.
You can sort data sets by clicking on any column header that displays two arrows. Columns without arrows cannot be sorted.
Note: When you apply filters or sorting before sharing, you are creating a new, customized version of the data set. Your partner will receive a copy of this filtered or sorted data set, not the original.
When you have selected the data sets to share, click the Share button in the top right corner.
In the sharing window:
Under Data set name, enter a name for the shared data set.
Under Share access with, enter the email address of the recipient, or click the people icon to select from your list of previously used contacts.
Decide whether to allow further sharing:
✅ Allow recipients to share this data with others — check this box if you want the recipient to be able to share it with their partners. Leave it unchecked to restrict further distribution.
(Optional) Add Tags to make the data set easier to find.
(Optional) Add a Description of the data set and a Note to recipient to provide context or instructions.
When ready, click Save and share to complete the sharing process.
