Within Data Workbench, you can enhance collaboration with your partners by sharing data sets.

Connectors let you share data with Veracity's trusted partners using our pre-built connectors. You can use them after joining Veracity Solution Partner program. Contact the onboarding team to join the program and have us configure your connection for sharing data sets.

However, if you already participate in Veracity Solution Partner program, contact the Data Workbench team and request configuring the connectors you need.

Here you can see the list of our trusted partners with whom you can share your data and use their data.

To share data sets with your partners, please follow the instructions provided below.

  1. Go to the Connectors page and select a tile representing a partner you want to share data with.

  2. Alternatively, on the Home page, under Securely share your data with our partners, select a tile representing a partner with whom you want to share data.

  3. Optionally, after selecting a partner, select Read about connectors in the top right corner to learn more about the connector that lets you share data with the partner.

  4. Select the data sets that you want to share with your partner. If you do not want to share a data set, select the X icon in the row with the data set, which will exclude it. You can also apply filters to data sets to share only some information from the data set.

  5. When you have decided what data sets you want to share, in the top right corner, select the Share button.

  6. In the window that shows, under Data set name, name the data set.

  7. Under Share access with, decide if the partner with whom you are sharing data should be able to share it with other parties. If so, tick the box next to Allow recipients to share this data with others. If you prefer not to allow further sharing, leave the tickbox empty.

  8. Optionally, add Tags (to make it easier to find the data set), Description, and Note to recipient (to send a message to the partner who will receive the data sets you are sharing).

  9. To save the data set(s) with your partner, select the Save and share button.
